The luxury and premium engineering that Mercedes-Benz is recognized for reaches a new level in 2024 with the introduction of the Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance sedan. This is a high-performance, hybrid version of the popular S-Class sedan. Its twin-turbo V8 hybrid engine connects to a nine-speed automatic transmission and AMG® Performance 4MATIC®+ fully variable all-wheel drive, producing an astounding 791 horsepower. In addition to having a 180-mile-per-hour top speed, this new vehicle only requires 3.2 seconds to reach a speed of 60 miles per hour. This ultra-luxurious sedan has seven driving modes to enhance its capabilities over the miles: Comfort, Battery Hold, Sport, Sport+, Electric, and Slippery. Electromechanical anti-roll bars, rear-wheel steering, electronic limited-slip differential, and rear-wheel steering are additional mechanical enhancements.
Throughout the gorgeous exterior, the 2024 Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance displays a flowing, confident profile with sophisticated contouring over the side doors and pinstripe lines rolling down the sloped hood. The gorgeous Panamericana grille pairs with ovular headlights, and each of these lights features an upper LED bar as well as a rounded bulb. The sedan shows off pronounced air vents flanking a large bumper to complete the look.
The premium cabin is beautifully styled with high-end, dual-tone upholstery, and it is enhanced by a bar of LED light that surrounds the cabin. At the center of the dashboard, the infotainment system screen and the automatic climate control system's interface are combined with glass housing for a sophisticated look.
