Serving Louisville, KY

Finding your perfect luxury sedan amid all of the options is a significant challenge, but your search will undoubtedly end when you discover the beautiful Mercedes-Benz C-Class. At Mercedes-Benz of Louisville, our customers often inquire about the updates made to our latest models. For 2022, the C-Class debuts its fifth generation with exciting improvements from bumper to bumper.

Performance

Under the hood, the 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class and the 2022 version are identical in many regards. However, the 2022 C-Class introduces mild-hybrid technology for improved fuel economy. This technology is found in the C-Class’s base engine, a turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that offers 255 horsepower. It is linked to a nine-speed auto transmission and comes with rear-wheel drive. In 2021, the C-Class had a turbo four-cylinder gas engine that produced slightly less horsepower.

Appearance

For 2022, the beautiful C-Class sedan shows off refreshed styling from end to end. It now has a horizontal bar running through the grille and reshaped headlights scored by a brilliant bar of light. The sides are both sleek and deeply contoured. The contouring approaches convergence as it reaches toward the rear. The C-Class continues to have an aerodynamic profile with sharp curves through the roof and hood.

Features

The most significant difference that you will find in the C-Class’s features for 2021 and 2022 is this year’s larger touch display screen in the center stack. This is an 11.9-inch screen that has a driver-centric mount. The MBUX system in the 2022 C-Class has more operating power than its predecessor. Both vehicles come with wireless smart device integration, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision mitigation, auto climate control, heated seats, leather material, and more.
